A deliberately small studio.
Established 2022. Five years in the works, more than twenty years of engineering experience behind it — the studio is younger than the people in it, and that is the point.
Max Planck is a senior digital studio. No juniors, no bench, no handoffs between a sales tier and a delivery tier — the people you talk to are the people who build, and they have been building for a long time. The studio was established in 2022; the experience behind it goes back more than twenty years.
We work in three shapes. Fractional CTO — the way we engage most today: senior technology leadership for organizations whose stack has outgrown its oversight, from ecosystem and provider audits to integration roadmaps, automation, and AI governance. End-to-end ownership: web, mobile, API, and the infrastructure underneath, held as one system — replatforms, new products, and the operations that keep them alive. And embedded senior engineering: years inside a client’s own team, on their stack and their design system, owning the layer where the difficulty lives. All three appear in the record, and each engagement says plainly which one it was.
The studio is present in three countries — Spain, Argentina, and the United States — which keeps us in working hours with both sides of the Atlantic: nearshore to teams in Europe and nearshore to teams in the Americas, senior either way.
We also build our own tools and publish our own methods — an agent platform that has shipped its own code, and a public methodology for building software with AI agents. When we bring a practice to a client’s work, it is one we have already run on ourselves.
The load stays deliberately light: a limited number of engagements at any time, so every one gets senior attention. If the work matters enough to be done exactingly, we should talk.
