How we keep the work honest.

Every project we show lists what we built from commit authorship, not memory. Counts, repositories, and years are stated so they can be checked — and where our contribution was 231 commits in a repository of 8,116, that is exactly what the page says.

Every engagement marks each layer of the stack as ours, partial, or somebody else’s. Where a client’s in-house team held the backend, the page says so. Precision about scope is not modesty — it is what makes the rest of the record believable.

Design specifications, pre-launch checklists, and methodology briefs live in the repository beside the code they govern — a file anyone can open, not a conversation. Our own working method is public and installs in one command, so even how we build is checkable.

We build so the client’s own people can run the result: enrichment pipelines an analyst extends without engineering involvement, curation flows a human reviews and applies, releases that move through environments on their own. Dependence on us is a defect, not a retainer.

We take a limited number of engagements at any time, and every one is staffed senior — more than twenty years of engineering experience stands behind the work. Half of what we deliver is the build; the other half is knowing what not to.

In the interface, in the copy, in the dependency tree. We remove before we add, keep the useful parts visible, and make sure nothing that does not earn its place survives review.
