What we look for
- Years of production TypeScript behind you. There is no junior tier here.
- At home in a database and in a UI, with equal confidence.
- Useful either way — React Native release experience, or anything payments-adjacent.
Why this seat
A small team, real users, and a short path from a decision to production. What you build this week is on a job site next week — there is no sales tier to hand the work to, and no bench to sit on.
The seat is senior because the job is: you hold a layer of the system rather than a queue of tickets, and you are in the room where the choices about it get made. We would rather you argue with a plan than wait for one.
